2 ripe mangoes
Wash both mangoes, peel them and remove the skin.
Cut the mango's into thin slices and place them on cookie sheets and a baking pan
Put the mango in the oven and bake for 2-3 hours, flipping them over every 30 minutes until they're dry.
Your final product should look a little something like this:
Next time we would try baking it for it a little bit less time, and using a riper mango
