Banana Chips

Dehydration recipe: Banana Chips
Adam Johnson, Yacoub Abdallah

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 lemon (juice)
- cinnamon (optional)
- olive oil

Instructions:
- Turn oven to 210 degrees Fahrenheit
- Thinly slice bananas, how thin you slice is up to you
- Coat the banana slices in lemon juice
- Place slices on parchment paper or a cookie tray; coat surface with olive oil
- Add cinnamon or a flavour of your choice if you wish
- Bake bananas for about 7 hours; check to ensure they are dry
- Once they are dehydrated, they are ready to serve

Note: This is a simple recipe; bananas and lemon juice are the only necessary ingredients.
