Ingredients:
Lean roast sliced with the grain approx 3 mm think
1 1/4 c soya sauce
1/4 c liquid smoke
1 1/2 c water
4 tsp worctestershire sauce
1 tsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp tobassco
Mix marinade, add beef slices. Marinade overnight
