Bannock on a stick


- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lard, bacon grease or canola oil
- 1 cup cold water

In a container or bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.

Mix in fat and water till firm.

Knead the mix till it is able to be held together(should not be sticky).

Take a small amount and cover the end of the stick and heat until inside is not doe.
