Ingredients:
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
7 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into ¾ inch chunks
Directions:
1.Preheat dutch oven
2.Place Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and potatoes into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
3.Place the seasoned potatoes in the dutch oven, evenly spread them out across the pot.
4.Bake in the preheated dutch oven until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes.
Hints:
-The best part about these potatoes is the seasoning, adding a little bit more onion and garlic powder would only make it better.
-Serving with chopped bacon and whipped cream would have made these potatoes irresistible.
-Stir every 10 minutes to evenly bake the potatoes.
-You could also cut the potatoes in to fry shapes to cook faster and make into finger food.
-Let it sit for 5 minutes after cooking to let the cheese solidify a bit more.
-Be carful when cutting potatoes.
